Wash mushrooms thoroughly & cut 200 gms mushrooms into slices in water
Wash 1/2 large katori of american corn & boil & strain
Boil 2 large cups water & at boiling point add 1 small cup macaroni. When transparent strain.
In a shallow pan add 1 tpspn butter saute the strained mushrooms, and fry for a little while till the water evaporates.
Take 4 heaped tbsns cornflour. In a dekchi pour butter liberally-add the cornflour-dont let it lump-& that is why liberal portion of butter .
Stir lightly till brown.
Pour cold milk a cup & a half.
Now add grated cheese 2 cubes, 2-3 slices cheese & pepper &salt to taste-there is salt in the cheese plz remember.
Add the sauted mushrooms, cooked & strained American corn & strained macaroni.
Cook till the sauce thickens .
Serve with garlic bread
Optionally grill it with grated cheese till browned.
